Canjiquinha is a typical Brazilian delicacy in the state of Minas Gerais.
Corn kernels are chopped or disintegrated (to the point that they no longer fit in the sieve). These are cooked with pork (usually ribs) and other homemade spices. The dish is traditionally served in a deep dish, accompanied by chopped and braised kale and black pepper.
