While almost every order arrives in perfect condition, things do happen, so if you ever receive an item that is damaged or unusable due to problems encountered in shipping to you, or if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please email [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.

We gladly accept returns and issue a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Unless an error occurred on BRMART’s part, we will provide you a return label and the amount for the label will be deducted from the refund amount and paid to you. A restocking fee of 15% may be applied for returns and will be deducted from your total order amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be issued as a credit via your original payment method. While your credit may be instant, please allow additional time for your banking or financial institution to process your credit.

We do not offer refunds for items that have been opened. If you have opened the items and are not satisfied with it, you can simply contact us, and we will surely do the best for you.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or exchanges are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Please be advised that: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Perishable foods cannot be returned. Sale/Clearance items cannot be refunded.
